Rental Information & Policies 

Delivery Area

We LOVE bringing the WOW to DeSoto County and beyond! 🎉
Delivery is always FREE within the 38632 zip code.
For other DeSoto County zip codes, delivery is just $5 for every 10 miles.

Outside DeSoto County? No problem—we’d be happy to create a custom delivery quote just for you so we can bring the WOW to your celebration! 💖

Payment

To lock in your special date, full payment is required at the time of booking. This guarantees your celebration spot is reserved just for you!

Within 24 hrs of submitting your order request, you will receive an estimate. You must approve the estimate to be invoiced. 
If payment is not received within 48 hours of being invoiced, the date will be released and made available to other customers. 

Pay by credit/debit directly through invoice or if you prefer, my Venmo and CashApp will be listed.
 

Please note: If any lawn display items are missing or damaged during your rental period, you will be invoiced for the replacement cost.

lawn maintenance 

Please water the lawn the evening or 2-3 hours prior to set up.  

We ask that you turn off your sprinklers and don't mow or trim while your greeting is displayed in your lawn. 

If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

safety

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard card display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.​

Caring for Your Yard Card Display 🌟

We take great pride in creating displays that WOW—and we ask that you help us keep them looking amazing!

  • Hands Off, Please: Do not move, pull, or rearrange any yard card items.

  • Rental, Not Purchase: All signs are the property of Tip of the Sip Yard Cards and are not for sale.

  • Treat with Respect: Please don’t throw away, damage, or vandalize any part of the display. Notify the honoree ahead of time that the display is for enjoyment only—any missing or damaged items will be invoiced to you.

  • Protect from Damage: Keep displays safe from lawnmowers, weed trimmers, pets, and flying debris. String trimmers can cause serious damage.

  • No Balloons on the Display: Heat can cause balloons to stick to and damage our signs.

  • Photos Welcome! 📸 We love seeing you celebrate next to the display—but please do not pull the signs from the ground.

  • Safety First: Tip of the Sip Yard Cards is not responsible for injury or damage to persons or property during set-up or removal.

  • Positive Vibes Only: We will not create greetings that contain lewd, disrespectful, or negative language.

  • Our Signature Sign: Please leave the small “Tip of the Sip Yard Cards” marketing sign in place.

  • Photos for Marketing: By booking with us, you agree to let us photograph your display for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

refund policy

Cancellation Policy 📅✨

If you need to cancel your booking, you have two options:

  • Receive 50% of your booking rate as a refund

  • Keep the full amount as a credit toward a future booking (based on our availability)

Please note: No refunds will be given if we are unable to set up due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Homeowner requesting early removal

  • Denied access to a gated community

  • Animals preventing setup

  • Any other situation outside of our control

We always do our best to bring the WOW to your celebration, but some things are simply out of our hands. 💖
